MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, I'm having a major issue with my Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely wedged. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together.
